Position Summery
We are looking for a motivated individual to fill in the position of Settlement Accountant who will be responsible and accountable to ensure that all sales operation cycles (Stocks – Sales – Cash ) are closed and settled

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure that all sales invoices are settled at the end of the day
Review all salesmen accounts on daily basis and recommend action if account not cleared
Ensure that all cash is allocated correctly to debtors accounts
Make a physical check for the Ware House in regular basis
Communicate with Salesmen and checking staff
Prepare reports on daily basis showing banking and balances of salesmen
Request adjustment where necessary to debtors with support documents
Keep all necessary records filled and easily accessible
Ensure that all new prices are set on the system correctly
Ensure that all promotions are calculated and correct in the system
Perform any additional duties as assigned within the job scope


Minimum Qualification & Experience
Bachelor of accounting or Business Administration
At least 3 – 5 years experience in a similar rule

Required Skills & Knowledge
Understand the role of setting salesmen’s accounts, checkers and warehouse staff
Able to understand returns and re-calls
Possibility of working shifts
Has a team work spirit
Able to work under pressure
Work accurately at all times
Complete all queries and reports before handing shift over
Good command of English language
Good Proficiency of MS Office Package
