Basic Information
The ERP Specialist will support ERP application users to learn and utilize the implemented ERP modules and to debug problems and determine whether the problem is user related or an application issue

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Design, configure, maintain and support enterprise oracle applications and complex interface solutions
Assisting users in the use of the Oracle ERP system
Diagnosing and documenting issues encountered
Working with developers to resolve issues and confirming test resolution
Participating in testing of the Oracle ERP system
Creating help guide to improve the user experience
Developing and/or supporting functional requirement documents for enhancements
Design and development of extensions/interfaces for Oracle Applications R12 using PL/SQL as part of a larger Oracle ERP Implementation Project
Work with senior managers to identify and solve functional area issues, design business area solutions, develop conceptual business models, translate functional area business requirements into technical requirements, support the design and implementation of the enterprise ERP application
Analyze the enterprise information system baseline and perform a "gap analysis" between the baseline, the user operational requirements and the operating capability of enterprise application product sets
Ensure compliance with all applicable policies & regulatory requirements on Information Security

Competencies & Qualifications
BSc in Computer Science ,Finance or Accounting
Minimum 2 years experience working in Oracle ERP ( or any other ERP application) in any of these Financials ( GL, AP, FA, etc), HRMS and Supply Chain Management (Procurement, Inventory, etc)

Good Knowledge and experience in using
Oracle ERP applications and related interfaces,
Oracle Developer
SQL Loader, JDeveloper SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, JavaScript, XML
Oracle Discoverer & Oracle Business Intelligence ( BI)o
Oracle public API's and interface tables
Application users' technical & functional support and training
Systems analysis & Design
Conflict handling and resolution skills
Good communication skills
