MTN - Sales and Channel planning Senior Manager

Job Mission
Develop sales strategies for all departments within S&D Division
Ensure MTN products’ availability; and, Prepare all statistical reports & tools for S&D Division within budget constraints; etc
Achieve sales target through managing the distribution channels

KPA Duties
Suggest and participate in the implementation of new solutions and technologies in order to meet customer expectations and maintain a high quality of service
Appropriate task partitioning
Develop of internal processes to enhance control and accountability
Report of sales, activation and product availability
Analyze sales and activation trends as well as market behavior
Assess products’ turnover and demand vs supply behavior
Assess distribution channels contribution & market share breakdown
Diversify reporting of sales performance etc
Manage and develop the department which includes managing the development of service policies & procedures
Monitor workflow, system efficiency and suggest improvements
Monitor & follow up on KPIs & Service Level achievement
Recommend solution, escalates outages when necessary and forecasts and plan ahead
Report the daily activities of the department, statistics, collection and other operating data and distribute reports as defined by the management
Build up a historical database for the Department (daily/weekly and monthly figures)
Audit work and information flow recommend changes & enhancements to procedures in order to meet customer’s satisfaction
Measure, follow up and enhance the departments overall quality and performance
Develop and maintain job descriptions for all direct reports with clear KPIs
Identify and report major variations (alert system)
Implement the work processes and procedures for the department
Monitor all stock and places new orders as per the market needs to insure product availability
perform Ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Educational Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related filed

Experience Required
Train & coach; Retention & improvement of staff skills; Parenting & caring; etc
Ensure that staffs are responsive, courteous and handle transactions competently
Ensure that dress code and on-site behavioral directives are well respected by staff
Build and develop employees’ knowledge and skills
