Position Summery
The store-keeper directs activities of the store personnel to ensure the timely, expedient and cost effective shipping and receiving, transporting, loading and checking of the finished goods

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Warehousing and Inventory Control
Plans an overall work program for the warehouse, including finished goods handling, loading, unloading, reloading, and housekeeping
Ensures inventory control through proper warehousing practices, including product count, FICO (Fair Isaac Corporation) procedures control through supervision of good check-in and check-out procedures
Ensures execution of security policies in warehouse and yard areas
Maintains an accurate daily and monthly stock inventory
Shipping
Co-ordinates shipments from predetermined destination in the warehouse
Supervises the loading of trucks with products as specified by the sales department

Minimum Qualification & Experience
Bachelor degree in a similar capacity
3-5 years of warehouse supervision in a manufacturing facility

Required Skills & Knowledge
Good organization, planning, scheduling and co-ordination skills
Budget and cost control experience
Ability to supervise utility labor and forklift operations personnel
Excellent knowledge of warehousing, storage, packing and shipping
Excellent knowledge of stock control procedures and recording methods
Effective consultation, communication and problem solving skills
Ability to train and provide direction to subordinates
Able to read and write Arabic/English
