Job Description

To provide support to the sales activities of Motor Vehicles by coordinating with other departments, carrying out documentations and assisting customer in getting registration and insurance. Provide administrative assistance to achieve sales targets
To ensure following process and procedures of sales function and complete the documentation by preparing pro-forma invoices, quotations, with appropriate quantities, specifications and prices. Also make sure that the files and records are maintained as per departmental policies and procedures
To co-ordinate with other departments for smooth flow of operations of Sales Department
To take care of the documentation on finalization of the sales deals and ensure that the agreements are prepared according to the company standards and are signed by appropriate authorities

Qualifications

University degree in Business Administration or any related field
3-5 years of experience in a similar capacity
