Projects Manager (Job Number 001)o

The projects Manager shall report to the CENTROID Deputy CEO and shall manage and supervise CENTROID's personnel The CENTROID's Project Manager shall be responsible for the overall required performance of the CENTROID's personnel and the relevant project Contract The CENTROID's Projects Manager responsibilities shall include the following:
Establish/ organize a project implementation manual and administration procedures including contract procedures
Identify, review and establish specific functional roles for CENTROID's Personnel in line with each project requirements
Direct and provide guidance for the project management and supervision
Review and endorse project reports prepared by CENTROID's personnel
Attend weekly, monthly and other meetings with client, with EPCC Contractor, with vendor or any other agencies as per the requirement of the project & Client

Minimum Requirements
BSc Honors in Engineering
Exp - 15 years of relevant experience, the last three years should be at managerial level
Excellent computer skills
Excellent Communication skills

Field Project Manager/ Site Manager (Job Number 002)o

The Field Project Manager is dedicated for the assigned project package and shall be responsible for the overall management and supervision of the assigned project execution including Construction, quality control for site activities, HSE issue at site, Arrange inspection of construction supervision at site, Commission and Close-out phases of the respective EPCC project reports to the CENTROID Projects Manager

The Field Project Manager's responsibilities shall include the following, which shall be done in consultation and subject to Client's approval:
Establish and organize management guidelines and administration procedures, which are specific to the project execution at site including a Contract Administration Procedures and Project Implementation Manual
Manage and oversee the functional performance the CENTROID's Personnel in carrying out their responsibilities for the project at site
Review and approve work procedures, program/scheduling and reports including progress, costs and close up reports
Evaluate critical issues affecting schedule and cost and provide necessary recommendation related to work being carried out at site

Minimum Requirements
BSc Honors in Engineering
Exp - 12 years of relevant experience, the last three years should be at a managerial level

Contracts Manager (Job Number 003)o

The Contracts Manager shall assist CENTROID Project Manager in the overall management and administration of EPCC contracts with other CENTROIDs and reports to the CENTROID Project Manager The Contracts Manager's responsibilities shall include the following:
Review change order/work order requests from other CENTROIDs and evaluate/advise on claims proposals
Review, assess and make recommendations on contractual issues/claims raised by other CENTROIDs
Ensure adherence to all mandatory contractual obligations of the other CENTROIDs
Identify and advise on the contractual aspects related to contractual enforcement
Lead and manage the Contract Administration Team assigned for each EPCC package
Manage the receipt of RFQ from CENTROIDs or clients and review commercial/contract aspect related to RFQ for further action
Manage ITB or BID submission to the client or CENTROIDs and also lead TQR and further action on

Minimum Requirements
BSc Honors in Engineering
12 years of relevant experience, the last three years should be at a managerial level

Procurement Manager (Job Number 004)o

The Procurement Manager shall report to CENTROID Projects Manager and the Field Project Manager His key function is to monitor the overall procurement activities of the EPCC CENTROIDs and shall be assigned to manage the overall procurement activities
Establishes procurement scope of work during preparation of ITB for EPCC Contract
Evaluate the acceptability of EPCC Contractors procurement propose policies, procedures and plan so as to sure meeting contractual requirement
Monitor and supervise the performance of Procurement Coordinator in monitoring the procurement activities of EPCC CENTROID documentation, which include, Purchase Order Progress Report, Material Delivery Status Report, Material/Stock Status Reports, Third Party Inspection Reports and Vendors' Final Documentation
Lead and manage the Procurement Team assigned for each EPCC Package
Manage procurement Tracking report and delivery of the items at sit
Coordinate with discipline engineers to ensure FAT is being carried out and the Vendors provide assistance during commissioning and back-up services of critical equipments

Lead Planning and Control Engineer (Job Number 005)o

The Lead Planning and Control Engineer shall report directly to CENTROID Projects Manager and Client Team Leaders and shall be responsible for the overall development of the work breakdown structure, planning and programming and cost planning for Client overall master project implementation progress against the approved program and budget

The Lead Planning and Control Engineer's responsibilities shall include the following:
Develop and establish overall project master implementation program including cost plan for budgetary control
Monitor physical progress of works including cost of works expended and review variances affecting works program as targeted
Identify potential delay of activities and review and report on critical status for resolution
Consolidate all works progress reports and issue overall progress review reports
Lead and manage the Planning and Control Team assigned for each EPCC package
Manage TRD and monitor progress of review of documents by discipline leads

Review and establish project quality plan and documentation requirements
Ensure completeness of project documentation for project close out
Overseeing job performance of Quality Control Inspectors for the project inspection requirements
Review field inspection and test procedures and monitor welding and welders rejection rates
Coordination compilation of documents for final documentation Coordination all procedures required for the project
Issue/compile all Non-Conformance Reports for the project Review welding and welder's test procedures

Ensure existence and implementation of a sound project safety program for all aspects of the project
Ensure other CENTROIDs compliance to safety requirements in relation to their contracts
Coordinate HSE meetings with other CENTROIDs'
Ensure positive corrective action on safety matters are taken
Report on unsafe acts or condition observed and report on accident
Review safety performance statistics and report monthly

Review technical proposal and shop drawings
Review vendor data for incorporation in AFC documentation

Review requirements for Factory Acceptance Test ("FAT") and reports

Assist in the review of test and works specification procedures
Review completeness of all documentation (test results, certification and reports) submission and make recommendations for approval
Inspect and check on compliance of execution of works to specifications and procedures, issue and compile all Non Conformity Reports for the Project
Material inspection at site before acceptance for installation
Coordinate quality control issues for review and resolution

Minimum Requirements
Diploma in Engineering/ Science
Five years of relevant experience

Project Cost Controller (Job Number 020)o

The Cost Controller shall assist CENTROID Projects Manager in the overall project cost control management/ administration for all EPCC package and reports to the CENTROID Projects Manager

The Cost Controller responsibilities shall include the following:
Review and maintain project accounts record for all EPCC project transactions namely milestone payments/ claims, change orders/ work orders claims
Coordinate and assist Client Cost Controller for the preparation of project financial forecasts, Maintain cost accounting system and analyzes reports variances
Assist project tax exemption and perform compliance check to all applicable taxes
Assist Client Cost Controller for the preparation of project cost internal reports and updates

Minimum Requirements
BSc Honors in Accountancy A second degree in Engineering would be an added advantage
Seven years of relevant experience
Excellent computer skills
Good command of English language (55 marks of IELTS or equivalent is a merit)

Project Administrator (Job Number 021)o

The Project Administrator shall report directly to CENTROID Project Manager and shall be responsible for the project administration matters in connection with facilitating the execution of the required scope of the CENTROID's Work and the project

The Project Administrator's responsibilities shall include the following, which shall be done in consultation and subject to Client's approval:
Assist CENTROID Project Manager in manpower planning, setting up administration system and mobilization/ demobilization of manpower throughout the project period
Establish, manage and administer all project facilities, communication, manpower and document transfer/ transportation, health and welfare and manpower planning requirements
Ensure that the project documentation and control are in accordance with the approved procedures including for submission, distribution, filing, etc
Manage and administer manpower movement/ transfer to/from base office to other project sites, vendor offices, other CENTROID and consultant's offices and CENTROID's engineering offices
Consolidate all project invoices, prepare for endorsement/ approval and assist the Planning and Control Engineer in the cost control reporting requirements

Minimum Requirements
BSc Honors in Management/ Administration
Seven years of relevant experience
Excellent communication & computer skills
Good command of English language (55 marks of IELTS or equivalent is a merit)o

Document Controller (Job Number 022)o

The Document Controller shall report to CENTROID Projects Manager and Field Project Managers and shall be responsible for project documentation and control in accordance with the document control requirements The Document Controller shall have an engineering design checking experience and familiar with administering and controlling normal correspondence as well as technical documents

His responsibilities shall include the following
Manage and record transmission of documents including preparation of related correspondences and transmittal
Manage and maintain a record of documents submitted by EPCC CENTROID which include drawings and design document and consolidate for status reporting such documents for review, comments and approval based on establish document control procedure
Ensure such documents are updated within review and approval turnaround period
Consolidate all approved documentation and compile for issuance of acceptance of works
Administer receipt and transmission of documents based on document control requirements including with respect to control and uncontrolled designation of document

Minimum Requirements
Diploma in Engineering/ Science/ Management
Five years of relevant experience
Excellent computer skills
Good command of English language
