To lead and direct development of financial strategy and plans for CTC Group with an emphasis on maximizing growth, profitability and optimum utilization of resources
Includes monitoring of performance against objectives and targets

Job Description

To significantly contribute towards development of financial strategies as per directions of top management of the CTC Group and ensure effective implementation of the strategies to achieve the pre-decided goals and objectives
Ensure streamlining process and procedures, set internal controls, & set rules for accounting policies, financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, capital budgeting etc
To co-ordinate with line managers for efficient and effective implementation of the financial strategies. Ensure that the implementation carried out as per the planning
Provide support to line manager by consulting and providing necessary assistance through guidance for accomplishment of pre-decided targets. Focusing on mentoring to the line managers and supports them to implement the strategies
Mainly oversee the Designing policies and procedures, design, implementation and control of treasury, consolidation of general ledger, design and analysis of financial controls
To analyze the projects and derive their feasibility in terms of return on investment based on sound projections and accordingly give views, suggestions to management for their decision making
Set capital budgeting strategy, monitor capital investments projects, and implement the capital budgeting rules

Qualifications

University degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA/CMA/CFA or equivalent is a plus
10-15 years of experience
