Business Development Officer
Job Duties
Responsible for the development and achievement of sales targets in line with the company strategy
Responsible for on-boarding new customers
Focus on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business
Prepare and implement his / her annual sales action plan in line with the company’s overall sales strategy and financial targets
Responsible for submitting the required periodical reports to his / her line manager
Will act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions / departments
Qualification, Experience & Requirements 
Bachelor in IT, Business or related subject
2 – 4 years’ experience in ICT Sales and / or Marketing
Have reasonable knowledge of business development from a sales perspective
Ability to plan, forecast, implement and deliver sales within a sales department
Ability to work within a sales team

Chief Business Development Officer

Job Duties
Develop and implement long-term strategic and operating plans for the DHMRI This includes annual financial performance objectives for the institute which (i) maximize the growth and profitability of the business and (ii) achieve maximum performance objectives in alignment with the overall strategy of the Company
Lead the organization’s business development strategy Identifying and executing on opportunities to commercialize our work, generate earned revenue, and build sustainable business lines
Direct sales and marketing and alliance management activities including the development of strategies to ensure maximum impact and to develop maximum potential revenue volume for the sectors that are the focus of DHMRI’s products/ services 
Establish and managing strategic business development partnerships 
Manage teams, including sales and relationship management
Manage the Business Development budget and financial plan 
Represent Company Trust to outside constituents (eg board, funders, customers, strategic partners)
Qualification, Experience & Requirements 
Bachelor in IT, Business or related subject
experience 4 – 6 years (+2) years in Chief Business development officer position Or Sales/Marketing
Have extensive knowledge of business applications and financial background
Ability to manage teamwork’s
Ability to work within a sales team
