Basic Information

The Corporate Business Solutions will work with the Corporate Sales team to research and understand the technical needs of the customer and define the overall technical and business solution This person will lead internal technical resources to prepare and deliver compelling demonstrations and presentations This person will be responsible to answer in-depth customer questions and inquiries The Corporate Business Solutions will combine a deep understanding of business issues and all product offerings to define solutions that provide key business value

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Understand and anticipate corporate Sales Strategy
Conceptualize and communicate on how Zain data products and services impact opportunities and sales coverage within the industry
Actively contribute to account strategy definition and review
Achieve the assign sales target ( data and business solutions )
Perform needs assessments and solution discovery sessions
Review customer operations for business process improvement opportunities
Define which Zain Data products are best to address prospect business requirements
Understand product functionality / capability gaps, and then defines ways to address gaps using product enhancements, partners, etc
Coordinate with other department to design and deliver product demonstrations based on the requirements and the competitive sales situation
Follow up with technical team implementation of corporate solution
Support Corporate team in handling all data after services issues
Define product and technical responses for corporate customer requests
Request and coordinate resources needed to support the sales team engagement
Participate at sessions, conferences, meetings and other events as needed by Product Marketing and Sales Management
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all Zain products, features, functions, and benefitsProvide education and training to corporate sales and others in the Zain
Insure compliance with all applicable policies & regulatory requirements on Information Security

Competencies & Qualifications

University degree (BSc in Telecom/Computer Engineering/Computer science/IT )i
From 2-3 working years of experience in telecom technical support
Successful track record in sales of telecommunication services and products
Knowledge of the service industry both for business and consumer markets
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent analysis and synthesis skills
Excellent Arabic as excellent English required
Excellent computer skills
