Main Duties & Responsibilities
Creation and Execution of the annual business plan & annual budget related to volume and expenses
Analysis & Follow up of Sales KPI reports on regular basis and taking corrective action where performance is out of line with benchmarks
Implementation of Tactical plans to support and achieve the DFI strategic plans
Implementation to achieve effective outlet execution and availability of all products with focus on correct products and packs in the right channel including price compliance
Increase horizontal and vertical distribution of all products within specific area, according to sales and distribution plan
Set-Up weekly, monthly Objectives
Set up of an annual Training and Development plan for all team members
Ensuring that the sales team operates within the company rules and policies
Responsible for total day to day running of the depot including sales settlement and accounting, warehouse and inventory, depot security and administration


Minimum Qualification & Experience
University Degree in Business Administration or any other related field
Minimum 5 years experience in a FMCG

Proven expertise and skill in developing new markets
Have the sense of responsibility and urgency, and take initiatives to get desired results
Demonstrate Strong Commitment to the development of the business and the ability to work independently and long hours
Strong communication & Leadership skills
Fluent in English and Arabic
MS office Computer skills
