Position Summery
To develop plan, supervise, execute, monitor, control production activities and seeking for continues improvement in packing hall/Milk line/s to meet the required quantity, quality and cost targets
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and execute plans within the specific line/s to ensure the overall packing is accomplished
Advise on autonomous maintenance in the specific line/s to ensure the smooth operation
Monitor, co-ordinate product quality test with QC to ensure the product meets the specifications
Maintain standards/consistency and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
To abide, advise and monitor HSE/GMP/QMS regulations and procedures to ensure safe operation environment for the staff/plants
Supervise, Monitor the line operation activities to ensure target efficiency
Manage manufacturing information data base, maintain inventory control accuracy and report KPIs
Analyze & plan workforce utilization, space requirement and workflow for maximum efficiency & flow
Prepare regular production reports to facilitate proper planning, decision making and documentation
To call and coordinate with related/support sections to ensure smooth line operation
Act as a link between company and the remote site to facilitate smooth operation
Minimum Qualification & Experience
BSC/Diploma Degree in any related field
Packing Operation Certification
Required Skills & Knowledge
Knowledge in food industry
Health and safety awareness
Good computer skills (MS Office application in specific)i
Fluent in written and spoken English
Process focused experience
Good communication & presentation skills
