Well Test Workover, Supervisor (Field) Operation

Job Description
Manages logistics for personnel and equipment to and from location
Provides accurate daily reports to superintendent and maintains accurate cost control
Trouble-shoots problems occurring with production equipment, wells, etcIt includes investigating, determining reason for fault and initiating immediate action to remedyFollows up any required maintenance to minimize down-time
Manages day to day activities of rig contractor personnel and service partners & ensures the safety of all personnel on location and on compliance with all applicable environmental regulations
Coordinates in field specific operations such as acidification, completion of new wells and unplanned voluntary shutdownsThis Includes offering any assistance that may minimize production and/or enhance safety
Supervises and ensures the assistance and coordination with well test/workover/completion crew, wire line, PCP& ESP operators to ensure smooth and safe operations

Job requirements
B.Scin Petroleum Engineering and preferred additional training courses in well test/ workover/ completion technology, safety measures, first aid
Minimum 6 years' experience in well test/ workover/ completion/workover operations including minimum 2 years as a supervisor
Current IADC Well Control certification is preferred
Good organizational and analytical skills

Requirements
Applicants should obtain the following General Requirements:
Good English language including reporting ability (verbal and written)
Computer literacy
Completion of National Service
