Job Description

Review specifications of required insecticides for the tender and ensure their availability
Undertakes market analysis of competitors’ products comparing pricing and specifications with CTC products to determine strengths and weaknesses and best pricing strategies
To market CTC products by performing visits to project directors promoting the concept that CTC offers high quality products in exchange for reasonable prices
Collect the awards (company’s purchases) and prepare a comprehensive analysis indicating CTC’s position in the market
Supervise maintenance work on pumps, sprayers, etc. versus agreed preventative maintenance schedules and inspect the quality of completed work to ensure maximum utilization of company tools and equipment
To market CTC products and applications by performing field visits to farms, explaining to farmers best practice spraying techniques, proper implementation, and providing free samples and packages which leads to increasing awareness and loyalty to CTC products

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture preferably in Crop Protection
3-5 years of experience
