Job Description

Ensure the monthly payroll for the company is processed timely and accurately in order to meet monthly payroll schedules. Coordinate with Finance Department the deductions of loans from the salaries
Follow-up on employee attendance through daily review of attendance books, searching for reasonable explanations in case of absence, otherwise making necessary deductions
Assists in the implementation of a Performance Management system, which is a continuous process of setting objectives, reviewing performance, identifying improvement needs and executing training and development with a view to continually improving individual and organization performance
Keeps track of annual leaves, and sick reports through continuous follow-up on the system, keeping files, and ensuring employees abide by the allowed time frame

Qualifications

Bachelors degree perferably in Business Administration
3-5 years of experience in HR
