JOB SUMMARY

Receive purchase orders from customers through faxes, telephone calls, emails, walk in or personal visists and refer them to the supervisor with further comments and notes if necessary . Trak and gather updated information about the pocessing of orders, and coordinate with stores, transportation and customers to ensure delivery as per the schedule

TASKS

Receive orders from clients via phone calls, faxes and email .1
Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests .2
Deliver invoices to customers .3
Provide customers with product samples and catalogs .4
Call or visit customers to expedite collection of receivables .5
Arrange and coordinate delivery and installation of products .6
Perform administrative duties, such as preparing sales budgets and reports, keeping sales records, and filing expense account reports .7
Obtain credit information about prospective customers .8
Check with stores to verify stock levels and reorder merchandise as necessary .9
