Customer Service Manager

Location: Sudan – Khartoum
Closing Date: 15-Jun-2011

Key Responsibilities
Mid-High level main implementation part on service delivery
undertake Representative value customer service marketing breakthrough
In charge of national cross area Operators service and service sales
Responsible for area customer satisfaction
Service sales achievement and branding increase index
Develop service solution and communication with customer for the key service sales project, and be responsible for the service sales target;

Job Requirements
Mastered products knowledge and be able to build-up stable and good relationship with customer;
Have more than 4-5 years experience in the field, especially be experienced on large-scale service delivery project management and sales project operation , familiar with other category service products, installation, maintenance service bidding and business procedure.
Develop opportunities of accumulation prosecution
Independently formulate nation-wide service marketing planning for customer group

Senior contract management Specialist

Location: Sudan – Khartoum
Closing Date: 15-Jun-2011

Key Responsibilities
Be a principal role at middle level in operational contract management. Be able to take responsibility for basic and routine tasks, involve big project operation. According to Sub-regional Supply Chain’s business objectives, take responsibility to supervise and co-ordinate with whole process of execution/delivery. Co-ordinate with problem solving along with contract delivering. Ensure orders are well-delivered on time with high reliability. Drive/improve customer satisfaction and meet requirements of marketing and technical support.

Job requirements
Have above 4 years meaningful experience in international trade and contract management. Familiar with general business contents of contract management. Understand and take charge of partial work independently. Can analyze and find out key issues, and to prevent repetitious issues and problems. Those practitioners are the key group of profession for basic and daily business operation.

Network Product Manager

Location: Sudan – Khartoum
Closing Date: 15-Jun-2011

Key Responsibilities
In charge of products and solutions promotion, technical orientation, customer visits, requirements capture and analysis, and project objective confirmation and implementation support of small projects and implement product planning and brand promotion to ensure the fulfillment of market objectives and sales objectives in the respective region according to the market objectives, market strategy and brand promotion strategy; communicate effectively with CTO or technical managers on product issues. Full responsible for assigned business tasks, coach junior staff or provide valued inputs or suggestions.

Job requirements
Have at least 6 years experience in this field. Acquire the overall knowledge and skills for the key customers and be familiar with related business customers. Complete most of work tasks independently and successfully and give others instruction for work; conduct market planning of more than one customer group or national project of the target market; and be the key employee of certain product line.

Sales Manager

Special Requirements

Be familiar with full knowledge in certain product series in terminal industry
Be proficient in multi-aspect business knowledge and skills in marketing
Five-year above related experience in MKT or distribution in the telecommunication industry
Related working experience in Top Mobile suppliers in local is preferred, such as Nokia/Samsung/LG

Job Description, Duties & Responsibilities

To organize and conduct analysis of market patterns and competition
