Badr Airlines Company announces for Station Supervisor vacancy's following details

Job Summary
The Station Supervisor is responsible for supporting management of the station and will serve as an authoritative representative for Badr Airlines in the absence of the Station Manager. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to; oversight of station activity and performance as well as effective coordination of resources and implementation of Company Policies and Procedures

Duties & Responsibilities
Plans, assigns and monitors the activities of personnel on assigned shifts
Directs customer service activity on their assigned shift
Coordinates the ground handling of aircraft, including parking, securing, servicing, cleaning , loading/offloading, and providing the flight crew with required data for weight and balance calculations
Ensures proper preparation of tickets and the accountability and security of these documents and funds are collected
Coordinates gate functions and passenger boarding
Monitors the handling of customer irregularities and amenities, including baggage
Ensures daily inspections, securing and maintenance of ground equipment if preformed
Monitors all work areas and job functions to insure that a safe environment exists and safe work habits are used
Insures compliance with security requirements including the identification and refusal of hazardous materials not accepted for carriage
Prepares, coordinates, and conducts employee evaluations
Updates employees daily attendance records
Assists in preparation of manpower requirements
Prepares shift reports
Prepares, when required, accident, aircraft damage, and injury reports
Monitors and provides daily operational information
Provides real time manpower support
Communicates with peers and superior on a shift
Monitors and provides reports for mishandled baggage on time performance and other such reports as assigned by the manager
Additional job duties as assigned

Qualifications
High School Diploma or Bachelor degree
One year airline experience. One year of prior Station experience
Working knowledge of Company and airline systems
Excellent communication skills
Proficient with SHARES, Microsoft Word, and Excel
