To oversee design and construction of the projects as per directions of General Manager Initiate process of inviting proposals and select appropriate consultant, contractor and designer through tender / bidding process Ensure that the projects are completed within pre-decided deadlines as per company standards
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
Preferably a higher degree in business administration Management related discipline
Minimum Experience
Total 7 years working experience in similar capacity; having 5 years experience in construction and 2 years in designing projects
Expert knowledge on all government rules and regulations
