Job Title: Architect Engineer
Reports to: Head of Projects Management Unit
Section/Unite: Administration Department
Duty Station: Khartoum
Closing Date: 7 Days
Bank of Khartoum Is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Architectural Engineer to work on its growing developments
Principal Accountabilities
Design of office space utilization & layouts
Preparation of bill of quantities for projects not assigned to consultant
New Set-ups, renovations & upgrading of branches & offices
Analyze & recommend efficient utilization
Preparation/Co-ordination with the appointed consultant for tender documents, plans & bill of quantities
Analyze tender documents & bill of quantities produced by consultants and priced by contractors
Preparing estimated budget for all projects and projects’ scheduling
Supervising contractors during the execution period to ensure best quality & timely completion
Control payment orders and invokes of work executed by contractors.
Familiarity and ensuring compliance with bidding and renovation procedures
Contacts with consultants/contractors/Landlords/technicians etc
Follow up with the maintenance team to respond to received request
Regular update of projects in hand on the data base
Translation and preparation of reports to Senior Management
issuing monthly status report, allocation of occupancy senses and preparing projects and tasks checklists
Co.ordination with the concerned department re the installation/ replacement of new ATM’s and preparation of offsite premises

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required
Bachelor of Engineering (Architectural engineering is a must)o
At least 5 years experience in building architecture
Should have worked for 2+ years with a buildings contractor
Able to work with a dynamic team Good experience In materials used for executing all architectural works
Must be a PMP certified
Must be an effective communicator
Must be fluent in Arabic & English Language
