RedR is an international charity that provides training and recruitment services for the humanitarian sector, improving emergency response worldwide
Our County office in Sudan is based in Khartoum
We have field offices in Elfasher, Nyala and in El-Genina, North South and West Darfur States
RedR is seeking qualified candidates for the following position
Job Title: Human Resource and Administration Coordinator (1 Post)i
Location: Khartoum (with some field travels)
Responsible to: Programme Support Manager
Start date: As soon as possible
Duration: Up to 31st December 2011 (with high possibility of renewable subject to funding availability)i
Salary: 1,971- 2,773 SDG (based on qualifications and experience) with other benefits
Overall Responsibility
The main purpose of this role is to provide support in the creation and implementation of human resources policies and procedures in the areas of recruitment and selection, learning and development, performance management, staff wellbeing, reward management, labour relations, human resources management information systems. On the other hand, perform general office administration, which includes, but not limited to, support to Country Director and Programme Support Manager in day to day administration of Country office. The role acts as the linking pin between the Khartoum office, Elfasher, Nyala, El Geneina and other field offices to come, on HR and Administration issues

Qualifications Required
University degree in Human Resources Management or any other relevant field
At least three years previous experience with an International Agency in humanitarian or development programmes in HR or a management position
Good English written ad spoken skills
Excellent computer literacy in Excel and Word
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a team and also independently, to adapt different contexts and sensitivity to cultural differences

Passing the written test is a pre-condition to enter the interview
