Position Summery

The sales supervisor must provide direction for his sales force through assertive leadership, goal setting, motivation, clear communication and people development. Also responsible for planning and directing the sales team activities, appraising area result and recommending corrective measures to the management

Main Duties & Responsibilities

To assist the Sales Manager in revising and implementing the sales strategies plans
Responsible for implementing plans and directing all sales activates
Achieve the sales and distribution objectives through a team of salesmen and assistants
To plan, organize, and direct all sales activates and achieve business plan goals in the market area
To handle daily sales activities and other matters
To identify business potential and new business opportunities
Reporting of sales performance, forecast and customer servicing issues
To conduct sales activities which shall include monitoring staff discipline matters
Other responsibilities as assigned from time to time

Minimum Qualification & Experience

Bachelors degree or equivalent
3-5 years experience in a similar role

Required Skills & Knowledge

Result-oriented with the drive to meet and exceed sales targets
Team player, able to work independent under minimum supervision
To be able to communicate, lead sales team to promote and sell our products professionally
